Young Minds is happy to announce FREE 7 week beginners HOTOKAN KARATE course for females.

Starts: Thursday 23 September

Training on every Thursday at 6.00pm – 7.30pm

Venue: Woodsley Road Community Centre

  • The true aim of karate is to respect yourself and to better yourself – it builds up confidence and teaches discipline through training.
  • The aim of the course is learn techniques and spirit of karate-do in an environment of mutual respect and friendship.

Self-Defence classes

Young Minds runs a very successful Self-Defence club every Tuesdays between 6pm – 7.30pm.

Venue: Woodsley Centre, 64 Woodsley Road, Leeds, LS3 1DU

This Self-Defence club is open to all between the age of 8 – 14.
